What are check-in/check-out times?
Guest may check in at 4 p.m.
Departure time is 12 Noon.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes. Gift Certificates are available for overnight accommodations as well as dining reservations and spa services.
Is transportation and parking available?
Yes, transportation to/from airport and neighboring wineries/towns is available. Please contact our Concierge in advance of your arrival.
Both valet and complimentary self parking is available for guests.
What is your Reservation, Deposit & Cancellation policy?
Restaurant reservations/Spa appointments suggested at time of accommodation reservation.
Deposit: Room reservations require a first night′s deposit by credit card.
All major credit cards accepted.
Cancellation policy: 48 hours
Peak periods, holidays, special event weekends, packages may carry certain restrictions, and require minimum night stays.

Yes, for accommodations, JORY Restaurant and The Allison Spa.
Where can I find information on accommodations and rates?
- Deluxe Guestrooms: $295—325 (490—600 sq. ft.)
- Junior Suites: $325—375 (510—590 sq. ft.)
- One-Bedroom Suites: $450—550 (650—890 sq. ft.)
- Two-Bedroom Suite: $900—1100 (1,575 sq. ft.)
- Rates based on single or double occupancy
- Third person charge $50 per person
- Children 12 & under complimentary
- Pet friendly; $50 per stay
- All accommodations with fireplace, window seat, terrace or balcony, spa bathrooms and hillside view of the vineyards.

Do you offer facilities for guests with disabilities?
Yes, we have ADA rooms available for the convenience and safety of our guests.
What is your Pet Policy?
The Allison is a pet friendly property, offering dog friendly packages for ″your best friend″ for a fee of $50 per stay per pet. (designated Terrace level only)
Is the Allison Family Friendly?
Indeed we are. Children 12 years of age and under, complimentary in their accompanying adult′s room. Cribs and high chairs for infants are also complimentary.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes. Information on group rates or social gatherings are available through our Sales Department with advance reservations.
